Message | Dear colleagues, We must say we are in favor of the majority of this bill, but the articles 2 and 5 might stop us. We believe violating someone's property is a grave act and shouldn't be let solely to the discretion of the police. We have a similar reasonning concerning torture. Siegmund Zieger, Minister of Justice |

Message | We removed the fifth article, we already knew that it was an hot spot that difficulty would've been accepted by more moderate forces. Anyway, we think that the Article 2 it's a right change because in some cases we could have great suspects of an hidden crime (drugs, murder, kidnapping) but our men cannot do anything without a proof. Of course we will not enter in every citizen's home without a reason, but we will have more instruments to fight criminals. I hope these motivations will lead you to vote this bill even with this article. - Werner Achterop, Pres. of NP |

Message | We deleted even the second article to assure the support of our allies. This bill it's too important to permit that some close-minded parties let it to fail its passage. Let's move to the vote. - Klaus Achterop, Pres. of the NP |
