Bill: National Anthem in Education Institutions Act 3926
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 3926
Description[?]:
Currently, children are not made to sing the national anthem, but are required to show respect when it is played at the commencement of school each day. However we believe this is needless and unnecessary, the national anthem has nothing to do with education and drilling and forcing patriotism into children if anything will be counter productive due to them likely rebelling against it. |

Message | Mr Speaker, Members of Luthori Liberial Party "Children are not made to sing the national anthem..." We're not forcing them too sing, but only yo show respect to the founding fathers of this grand nation. It isn't brainwashing them, its showing respect to those whom have given their lives trying to defend this empire. But Members of Choice you're no stranger to disrespect are you... Joe Purefoy former leader of yours committed treason in this very Diet. I yield Daly Elliston |
Date | 02:07:19, October 23, 2015 CET | From | United Luthori | To | Debating the National Anthem in Education Institutions Act 3926 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The national anthem is played at the commencement of school each day not because the government should brainwash its youth, but because it shows respect to this country, its people and values, and to those who have sacrificed many things and have gone to great lengths to serve this country. The national anthem unites us as a nation. The Progressive Conservative Party will vote no. Peter Buckley Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party |
