Message | Herr Talman, we do not see how this change would create a free media, as it should already be free. |

Message | We would like to remind our friends in SUP that the private radio and television stations are profit run, thus making it their top priority to sell as much as possible and not to provide us with objective news. It would also be very dangerous if a so called "natural monopoly" were to be established in the media sector. This bill would ensure a free and unbias media. |
Date | 10:12:47, October 28, 2015 CET | From | Socialliberala Unionspartiet (SUP) | To | Debating the Free media act of 3928 |
Message | We would suggest that rather than removing all private enterprises establishing some non-profit initiatives while still retaining the right for private media to exist. That way we guarantee unbiased media for the people without risking the jobs and positions of existing media. Would such a compromise be acceptable? |

Message | If the current bill does not pass, such a compromise would be acceptable. It would be a step in the right direction. |
