Bill: Imperial Chancellor's Question Time
Details
Submitted by[?]: United Luthori
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 3930
Description[?]:
OOC: Based off of Prime Minister's Question Time, an opportunity for opposition parties to question the government on a range of issues. I did this when I played in Vorona and it worked rather well. Not all posts have to be questions per se. We did allow speeches, so it's sort of a place for parties to raise issues without having to propose a separate bill (or use the message board at the bottom of the nation page, because quite frankly, nobody uses that). How does it sound? Any questions? Any reservations? Anyone on board? Also, just a side question: we can refer to our characters as MDs as well as MPs, correct? |

Message | OOC: This could be pretty cool. I've always called them MPs and I think most other people have but you're free to call them MDs. |

Message | Great. Since we're so close to the election, we can just start then. Also, isn't it tradition to give the party with the largest number of seats the first opportunity to form a government? Wouldn't that be best, and then allow other parties to form a government if the largest fails? Or does it work another way? |

Message | OOC: PCP: the second largest party, us, wanted for RP reasons to lead the cabinet for ourselves. I wrote it in the cabinet proposal and it's on the wiki on both Liberal Alliance history page and on James Butlington's wiki page. Just read. |
