| Mr. Speaker, We invite other parties to discuss possible changes to the number of seats in the Imperial Diet. We believe there are pros and cons to both limiting and increasing the seats, but would first like to hear from the other parties. Are there any suggestions? Peter Buckley Leader of the PCP |
