Status[?]: defeated

Voting deadline: March 2173
Description[?]:
As productivity is important to a stable economy, so is the health and safety of each worker that calls Likatonia home. While within the borders of Likatonia, each worker should be able to go to his or her job, with a sense of security and knowing that they have a few basic rights. ARTICLE I: with foreign investment, a company based in Likatonia would have the benefit of being propped up with more than just sheer profits. This would mean the government wouldn't have to worry about subsidies when a company faulters. ARTICLE II: This would guarantee a minimum wage for each employee, so that they can all go into work knowing that they won't be underpaid for the services or labour that they are providing to that company. |

Message | We feel that as long as their is approval, the government can ensure that while foreign investment is allowed, that it doesn't put the majority of anything into the hands of foreigners without the government knowing. |
