Bill: TKP Censure

Details

Submitted by[?]: Chauvinistisk Parti för Telamons (CPT)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 3932

Description[?]:

The Telamons Kommunistiska Parti (TKP) has openly been disregarding a treating we have in this country. We are in one of three countries in Anti-Communist Initianitive ( http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3003 ), and this party has openly disregarded it. If they had over-ruled the treaty through the legislative process, it would be okay, but in the treaty it specifically states these guidlines (and by parties it means accepting countries of the treaty):

DOMESTIC POLITICS:

1. Ratifying parties swear to do their utmost to prevent communist parties from coming to power in their nations.

2. Ratifying parties swear to try to their best ability to exclude communist parties from any coalition governments. If there is no way to avoid the inclusion of such parties in the government, then ratifying parties swear to restrict offered cabinet posts to those without any direct connection to the economy.

3. Ratifying parties swear to never enact communist policies in their nations.

Has the TKP tried their best to stop communism? No They promote it. Therefore, they technically should be banned from the legislature, but we will not do that. We would like to point out their mistakes, and have them be recorded on the public records. Acceptors of this don't necessarily disapprove of socialism or communism, but they formally disprove of breaking this treaty and international law. If the TKP did not have communism in their name, they may have gotten away with breaking international law, but breaking this law publically and proudly is not acceptable. We demand censure.

MessageLet this set a precedent for future parties. We do not want anarchy in the legislature. There are rules that must be followed. We have limited power. If the TKP is not censured, it is a slap in the face to the legal system. They broke a law, and they're lucky our proposal is only a censure. If they claim that they knew nothing of the treaty, then they are fools. They're in government, and they have no excuse.

MessageIf the people want communism, there will be communism. A desicion like this is completely undemocratic.
Besides, the CPT has under several occations shown extreme ignorance and many arguments are plain silly.
The SUP will not support a party that lacks the competence to govern properly, no matter their size.

MessageIf the socialiberala's argument was taken on a domestic scale, then a person could say "if I want to murder, then I can murder, even if it is against the law". We have a treaty that outlaws any party supporting communism. It is the law. You cannot deny the law. The TKP is full of legitimate international criminals. We are governing properly. We will not be quiet about this. The TKP is embarrassing our country, as they are making our nation defile international law. If you don't like the law, then try and reverse. We are not giving silly arguments, as our argument is simply showing a law in our nation. The Socialliberala Unionispariet is defiling the law as well, and they should be censured as well. We ask them why they are willing to break the law.

MessageWe do not defile any laws. We are pursuing a fair democratic Telamon, and will not stand by censorship of any kind. We of the SUP will respond to law proposals the way we always have, and we have been growing in every election we have partaken in, showing that we are carrying out the will of our voters.
We would also like to remind the Riksdag that these arguments about following international laws comes from a party that has been actively and consistently attempted to dismantle other treaties on the basis that we shouldn't let other countries dictate our internal politics. This motion is nothing but pure hipocrisy.
The SUP represents civil liberty and free market socialism, and strive for a Telamon where citizens are allowed to express themselves freely without the threat of persecution (as long as their actions do not actively harm another without their consent) and the industry is acting for the best of the people, not investors or CEOs. This is not communism, this is the way a country should be. The SUP has never strayed from our vision, and accusing us of defiling or disrespecting our people is pure make-believe.

MessageYour motion is nothing but hypocrisy! You try to keep these treaties, and we are trying to eliminate them by the democratic process rather than taking the law into our own hands. We are following the law, you are breaking it. That is a fact, and denying it makes you an idiot.

MessageResorting to calling us "idiots" rather than providing concrete arguments proves to show that the CPT is too childish to rule. The SUP declares this debate over and will not participate further in this resolution.
