| Message | It is possible that a limit like 6 is to make sure that a majority party (or coalition) cannot so very suddenly change nearly every aspect of the nation and that it would take time to accumulate such broad changes. Just because other nations have more does not inherently make that system better. We'd like to see better reasoning for such a move before a decision is made, as we are sure there are both pros and cons to a large or small number of proposals that each party may make during a year. |
