| Message | The Partito Comunista Istaliano does not agree on Article 1, Article 4, Article 5. For Article 1, we suggest that foreign missionaries have to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Concerning Article 4, we propose that religions are required to obtain government approval before promoting themselves or advertising in any manner; About Article 5, we ask that religious schools are allowed, but are strictly regulated. Only recognised religions may set up religious schools. But this is not a main issue, your proposal seem to be good too. If Fronte Democratico per la Liberazione del Quanzar do not want to change them, we request to withdraw this bill and divide it in two bills, in one the Article 2, 3 and 6, on which we agree, and in the other the Article 1, 4 and 5. We can accept the Article 5 in the first bill, with your proposal, but your party have to change Article 1 and 4. PCI also asks the opinion of Alternativa Liberale on single articles. Per l'articolo 1, suggeriamo che i missionari stranieri debbano registrarsi al Ministero degli Esteri; In relazione all'art.4, proponiamo che alle religioni sia richesto di ottenere l'approvazione del governo prima di farsi propaganda o di pubblicizzarsi in ogni materia; Riguardo all'art.5, chiediamo che le scuole religiose siano permesse, ma strettamente regolate. Solo le religioni riconosciute possono costituire scuole religiose. Ma non è una questione principale, anche la vostra proposta sembra essere buona. Se il Fronte Democratico per la Liberazione del Quanzar non vuole cambiarli, chiediamo di ritirare questa legge e dividerla in 2 parti, in una gli Articoli 2, 3 e 6, sui quali voteremo sì e nell'altra gli Articoli 1, 4 e 5. Possiamo accettare l'Articolo 5 nella prima legge, nella forma prevista da voi, ma dovreste cambiare gli Articoli 1 e 4. Il PCI chiede anche l'opinione di Alternativa Liberale sui singoli articoli.
