This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Mr. Speaker, I propose the PCP Cabinet Proposal to the Imperial Diet. This center-right cabinet proposal will consist of the LNUP and the PCP. We have made many concessions to the LNUP in exchange for the position of Imperial Chancellor, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry of Science and Technology.
