| Mr. Speaker, Under the current laws there is a loophole where people coming from foreign countries that have marriage laws that are not the same as Luthori's are still recognised as legal marriages. But, in some countries arranged marriages, underage marriages, polygamist unions, and incestuous unions are being practiced. This bill will end the current loophole. |
