Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, I introduce the Abortion and Contraception Reform Act to the Imperial Diet. The PCP has always believed that a woman's right to choose, lower crime rates, and less family strain is reason enough for abortion rights. We also believe that since the government is currently in a deficit that it is possible to subsidize contraceptives for low-income earners rather than offering them free of charge. I will add that free contraceptives are exposed to sexual harassers and children and would be better sold in licensed outlets. We believe these sensible reforms earn the support of a majority of the Imperial Diet. The Rt Hon. Peter Buckley MD Imperial Chancellor and Leader of the PCP |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
