Prologue: With the increasing economic activity, and the economy improving overall. I believe it is time to finally correct the parliamentary system to benefit the people. Articles. 1. All Voronan parties can only receive 10 proposals each year, this is to cut back on potentially large bills and prevent parties abusing what the bills will include. 2. Any recognised party in the Vorona Parliament will be able to propose a cabinet, but they're still required to receive a majority vote in the Parliament. 3. All recognised parties will receive public funds unless they receive a specific amount of money in donations. This value will be set at 10x the average Voronan income (if no income is present, the value will be set at 100,000 DNT.) 4. All members of the Vorona Parliament are to receive an income below the average income of the nation. This is to prevent members having the ability to exploit or fund things that the average citizen can afford. 5. All government employees are to promise a neutral ground if to hired. No employee can be too left or right in any ideology. 6. Mayors or local government leaderships are to be elected by citizens directly in local elections. |
