| AN ACT to impose heavy penalties on those whom cause distress in this society. To confer further powers to gather and share information for counter-terrorism. To impose heavier penalties on those caught money laundering, illegal weapons trade and funding known terrorist organizations. -To cease the property of convicted terrorists. -To obtains DNA sample from convicted terrorists. -To impose the Death Penalty of Terrorists who have been proven guilty. -To impose longer jail-times on convicted terrorists. This act shall bring about more powers to the Police and other associated law-enforcement agencies such as the State Security Directorate, the Federal Police etc. |
