Mr. Speaker, In regard to article 1, we think that the national government shouldn't have so much power to impose curfews, this should be left over to local governments. In regard to article 2, why should the government pay for defendants they are going to trail? Why do we've to pay for those who we want to see in jail? Of course there is an opportunity that the defendant is innocent, therefor we'll make sure that the government only has to pay for those on low income.
