Description[?]:

Prologue:
We are in the modern age, a time of forgiveness, respect, prosperity. Despite not having the last value, we need to take these times as sign that we need to improve our selves for the better good of this nation. We need to make sure that all people, regardless of gender, in a relationship or sexuality can adopt. Anyone can adopt, as long as they are the right and capable parents for the child in question.

Articles.
1. Adoption regulations will be used to remove those with a history of child abuse (sexual, physical, psychological or otherwise) from adopting a child of any sort.

2. Adoption regulations determine that any person who has been convicted of child abuse in the past 5 years, cannot adopt a child.

3. Adoption is open to all people, whether they're LGBT, in a relationship, male or female. As long as the person is an adult and receiving a standard income, they are given the opportunity to adopt a child.
