MessageI think the CIA is a pretty good name for it. It is suggestive of the sort of activities we can expect from the agency, like the hundreds of highly illegal activities (according to the law in the location of the act) conducted every day - things like drug trafficking, assassinations of foreign leaders, secret prisons, torture, that sort of stuff.

It will remind other countries to look on us with same sort of suspicion that RL countries look on the US.
