| January 17th, Alindoria The Dolgarian threats against the Endralonian Empire have not ceased, as several fractions in their parliament demand a declaration of war and the majority government has declared our ships to be hostile and to be seized. This morning, the Dolgarian marine has sunk the commercial Endralonian ship the Old Ginbar, which refused to be seized and entered by Dolgarian soldiers. All 58 people on the ship have died. Therefore, the Imperial Government of Endralon has recognized a state of war between the Empire of Endralon and Dolgaria, and between the Empire and all nations which are in support of the Dolgarian agression. Be it Resolved by the Imperial Senate of the Endralonian Empire, that the state of war between the Endralonian Empire and the Government of Dolgaria which has thus been thrust upon the Endralonian Empire is hereby formally declared; and the Emperor and his Ministers are hereby authorized and directed to employ the entire naval and military forces of the government to carry on war against the Government of Dolgaria; and to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all of the resources of the country are hereby pledged by the Imperial Senate of the Endralonian Empire.
