Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Message | Ooc you only need a majority to accept a government so why should the largest party have a ministerial position. For example in real life you could have a government that only consists of independent non elected people as long as the majority of representatives votes yes. In theory the government of lets say the Germany could consist of some poor farmers who are not politicians as long as the majority of representatives are backing the government. |

Message | Ooc what Im saying is that in a representative democracy, at least half of the representatives will be working together to form a government. That does not automatically include the largest party. You also have minority cabinets but I dont think that rp is that well developed here |
