| Whereas a potential war is brewing on multiple fronts, the Ministry of Defense, under the direction and advice of the High Chancellor, has directed 500,000 Reserve Personnel to join the Active Personnel ranks. The Ministry of Defense has also purchased numerous military vehicles, planes, and equipment. The Ministry of Defense will be creating a new segment of the Army known as expeditionary forces, which are smaller and more readily deployable. From hence on, Reserve Personnel shall serve in a defensive capacity and shall be called upon for Active Duty. All Active Personnel shall be considered offensive personnel. |
