| WIP An act to reform the ZNSO into a more effective intelligence cooperation and coordination centre. 1. The Director of the ZNSO shall be appointed by the President and shall oversee, coordinate, direct, and manage the Zardic intelligence agencies. 2. The Office of the Director of the ZNSO is authorized up to 2750 personnel, not including those loaned from other agencies and offices. 3.
