| REPORT ON THE STATE OF THE HOLY IMPERIAL MILITARY April 3943 Ministry of Defense of the Holy Luthori Empire 1. Introduction The Holy Imperial Military (HIM) of the Holy Luthori Empire consists of the Imperial Army, the Imperial Navy, the Imperial Air Force, and the Imperial Reserves. The Imperial Army, Imperial Navy, and Imperial Air Force are considered "active" forces, while the Imperial Reserves are considered "reserve" forces. 2. Data Defense spending in Luthori Pounds: 7,880,000,000 LPD Defense spending as budget percentage: 29.358% Active Personnel: 1,390,010 (57.14%) Reserve Personnel: 1,042,556 (42.86%) Total Personnel: 2,432,566 Imperial Army: 375,303 (27%) Imperial Navy: 278,002 (20%) Imperial Air Force: 139,001 (10%) Army, Navy, Air Force Standby: 597,704 (43%) Imperial Reserves: 1,042,556 3. Conclusion The Holy Imperial Military is a well-equipped, well-funded, and well-trained military force capable of defending the Luthori homeland as well as any international assets, due to its naval strength. Problems lie in the lack of information on the availability of Luthori military bases in foreign nations. It would be in the national security interest of the Holy Luthori Empire to seek military partnerships with nations once under the colonial administration of Luthori and with neighboring nations in Artania. It would also be beneficial to reform, review, and update Luthori's diplomatic agreements with Commonwealth and other foreign nations. |
