| Message | I strongly encourage the NPP to put on their reading glasses.Article 1 takes the funding of abortions out of the hands of the federal government and to the states.This does not how ever limits you can get abortions.There is a seperate law for that. Article 2 is a compromise.It privatizes the healthcare system but federal government steps in and pay the Healthcare costs for low income citizens you cannot afford healthcare.
