Description[?]:
We agree with the notion that individuals who are poor deserve to go to school as well, and this bill allows a system to give government scholarships to students based on financial need. These government scholarships will be used for private or public colleges. We are also delegating college funding to local governments, and we are also allowing private schools to compete with government schools. |
