This Act is to define for the purposes of the Social Reform Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=454403) what is defined in law as the "Government" and "Other Political Body" for the purposes of the current law on granting titles of nobility. Current law states "Titles of nobility may be granted by the government and any other political body designated by it."

Section 1:
The "government" for the purposes of the titles of nobility provision of Imperial laws and the Social Reform Act shall be defined as the unanimous decision to declare an individual shall be granted a title of nobility by the-
A) The Head of the Imperial House
B) The Viceroy and Plenipotenary

Section 2:
The "other political body" for the purposes of the titles of nobility provision of Imperial laws and the Social Reform Act shall be defined as the unanimous decision to declare an individual shall be granted a title of nobility by the-
A) The Viceroy and Plenipotenary
B) The Chancellor of the Realm
C) The Minister of Internal Affairs
D) The Minister of Justice
E) The Minister of Education and Culture

Section 3:
For the purposes of Imperial law and the Social Reform Act, the definition of the privileges of nobility--specifically the phrase "can be heredity"--shall be defined as-
A) Titles of nobility and/or peerages of any member of the nobility not directly descended from a ruling monarch of the Great Empire of Mikuni-Hulstria may be terminated by the Viceroy and Plenipotenary of the Imperial House with the concurrence of the Chancellor of the Realm and majority vote of the Legislature of Mikuni-Hulstria.
B) Titles of nobility and/or peerages of any member of the nobility not directly descended from a ruling monarch of the Great Empire of Mikuni-Hulstria may be prevented from being passed to heirs by being declared a "life peerage" by the Viceroy and Plenipotenary of the Imperial House with the concurrence of the Chancellor of the Realm and majority vote of the Legislature of Mikuni-Hulstria.
