Bill: The De-Fascization of Sekowo: Immigration Reform

Details

Submitted by[?]: Yoko Kake Meguppātī

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 3948

Description[?]:

Sekowo shall once again become a land welcoming to immigrants and refugees. Just as Kirlawa and other nations accepted refugees from Sekowo in our darkest hours, we will accept refugees from other nations which are suffering from oppressive governments. And so we will become stronger and more diverse as a nation.

MessageOur party concerned that some terrorists will become refugee and enter Sekowo to have a attack. We need a proposal that can have a solution to this problem or we shall vote abstain.

MessageOOC: the in-game options don't have an option for not allowing in people who are a security threat - they only have different options for why the refugee wants to enter in the country (whether it is an extreme circumstance or a less extreme circumstance, etc).

Yoko Kake Meguppātī would be willing to support a non-game mechanics provision that refugees who are judged a security threat based on specific and credible information will not be allowed in the country, but that provided there is not specific and credible information that they are a security threat, they will be let in.

Messageour nation is already overburdened as it is . The Quota was to allow Educated foreigners to reside within our country. We need to focus on our nation before we deal with the plights of others .

Random quote: "A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." - Thomas Jefferson
