| Sekowo shall once again become a land welcoming to immigrants and refugees. Just as Kirlawa and other nations accepted refugees from Sekowo in our darkest hours, we will accept refugees from other nations which are suffering from oppressive governments. And so we will become stronger and more diverse as a nation. |

Yoko Kake Meguppātī would be willing to support a non-game mechanics provision that refugees who are judged a security threat based on specific and credible information will not be allowed in the country, but that provided there is not specific and credible information that they are a security threat, they will be let in. |
