Sekowo shall once again become a land welcoming to immigrants and refugees. Just as Kirlawa and other nations accepted refugees from Sekowo in our darkest hours, we will accept refugees from other nations which are suffering from oppressive governments. And so we will become stronger and more diverse as a nation. |

Message | OOC: the in-game options don't have an option for not allowing in people who are a security threat - they only have different options for why the refugee wants to enter in the country (whether it is an extreme circumstance or a less extreme circumstance, etc). Yoko Kake Meguppātī would be willing to support a non-game mechanics provision that refugees who are judged a security threat based on specific and credible information will not be allowed in the country, but that provided there is not specific and credible information that they are a security threat, they will be let in. |
