Message | This bill does not ban the national anthem from school. Children remain perfectly free to sing it if they wish to - they are just not forced to sing it in a coercive way organized by the government. As for article 4, it is necessary to take this out of the general government's hands, as it had been known to be used to stifle the freedom of the press.
