The People's Conservative Party proposes to Parliament this bill with amendments to the civil liberties portion of our Constitution. We propose for stricter protocol when in comes to the adoption process, we look to give the Law Enforcement the right to disperse protesters if a state of emergency has been call in order to assure public safety, we want changes to the current welfare system that shifts gurranteed child benefits to only include families in need, and we seek to outlaw any commercial use of the national flag. |

Message | The NDP will support this Act if it contains only Articles 2 (regarding right to assembly) and 3 (regarding child benefits). Article 1 is already addressed with the same proposal in an Act already being voted on, and therefore has no use in this bill. Message | While we respect the NDP views and we have amended our original proposal to address concerns. We feel that the commercial use of our national flag needs to be outlawed so that commercial businesses cannot use our flag in dealings that the could reflect negatively on our nation and our flag.
