| Message | Mr. Speaker, We praise the sentiment behind this bill, but we cannot support it because of the likely consequences on small businesses and low income earners dependent upon cars. People living in rural communities with little or no public transport would be hit especially hard by this proposal, which would inevitable drive up fuel prices. | Message | Mr. Speaker, Leading progressive countries such as Kazulia, Dundorf and Hutori have this policy, why shouldn't Dolgaria? They have found it economically viable, why shouldn't we? In the upcoming budget we will propose to increase the Infrastructure and Transport budget in order to invest in green fuels and in public transport. However, there is no reason or evidence that this policy will have such drastic consequences as the scaremongering neoliberals suggest. The Liberals claim they want "modern" and "40th century" farming techniques but they oppose modern, 40th century fuels? Is this not double-standards? As well as being in the pockets of the agricultural companies they're also working in the interests of Majatran oil companies. They pose a grave threat to our environmental security. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, If the Liberals performed well enough in the last election they would control the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and would be aware that agricultural output was high using organic agricultural techniques. Furthermore, in order to fund this and boost public transport we are proposing to more than double the Infrastructure and Transport budget. Therefore, this proposal is more than affordable and more than capable of working. This will be a huge step forward in terms of public health and securing our country's environmental future. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, I can assure the KR that we have spoken to farmers and agricultural experts up and down the country, and they have all made it clear to us beyond question that Dolgava's agricultural sector suffers from low productivity and low profitability. The primary cause of this is because they are forbidden by law from using the farming techniques employed by their overseas competitors. As a party with the best interests of Dolgavan farmers at heart, we wish to reverse this situation. It is only a pity that the same cannot be said for the KR. How far are they prepared to go in defence of the rights of worms to devour our crops? What about the livelihood of our farmers? What about the need to feed our own people?
