Voting deadline: August 2173
Description[?]:
Tobacco has been proven to cause short and long term damage. Teenagers and children are easily influenced by images in the media and the pressure from peers in their schools. Therefore, smoking is considered "cool" and affects the age group that is most easily influenced: teenagers. Minors should not be allowed to make a decision for themselves on the subject of tobacco. Minors and adults are also unaware of the many dangers of tobacco and therefore: tobacco products should have warning labels about the dangers of tobacco on the product. This is the only restriction on tobacco products that I propose. |
