By Imperial Decree of the Emperor: -Only Hosian missionaries will be allowed into the country. -Only Hosian denominations are recognized and exempt from tax by the government. -Pastors of the Evangelical Luthoran Church of Malivia shall have their salaries paid by the state. -All schools are put under the authority and management of the ELCM. -Membership in the ELCM is voluntary. |
