Message | Come voi parlamentari potete notare, questa legge è stata presentata nel Gennaio 3951, quando la maggioranza parlamentare era ancora formata da PCI e PSI, quindi il governo di allora ha votato compatto. Inoltre, a seguito di un accordo tra le tre attuali forze di governo, per garantire sia una comunanza di accordi sia la libertà dei vari partiti che compongono la coalizione, con un accordo verbale si è deciso che, di prassi, per presentare una legge, due dei tre partiti che compongono la coalizione dovranno essere d'accordo. As you can see, members of parliament, this law was presented in January 3951, when the parliamentary majority was still formed by PCI and PSI, therefore the government forces of that time voted in the same way. In addition, following an agreement between the three current government forces, to ensure both a common ground of proposals and the freedom of the various parties of the coalition, with a verbal agreement it was decided that, in practice, to present a law, two of the three parties of the coalition must agree on it. |
