MessageBy ensuring everyone has access to prescription drugs, we will insure our society's most vulnerable can get the treatment they need, reducing the burden on our emergency clinics and hospitals. I ask this House to adopt this project of law to bring greater solidarity to Rutania and ensure no one must make the choice between food or housing and their medicine.

I also ask this house to fund abortions, to ensure all women have access to this procedure. Low income women across this country are risking their health and lives on home or unregulated abortions. We must end this tragedy and cover abortions in our public healthcare program.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.
