Date | 11:15:20, December 16, 2015 CET | From | Liberal Progressive Alliance | To | Debating the Defence of the Flag Act |
Message | M. Speaker, We do not support this sort of over-exaggerated patriotism. To say that the flag is the most important entity in Lodamun is just ridiculous and clearly untrue. The LPA will oppose this bill. Terry Hawthorne Prime Minister |
Date | 21:26:47, December 16, 2015 CET | From | Court of Shades | To | Debating the Defence of the Flag Act |
Message | Mr Speaker, If I remember from history, it was the Court of Shades from the distant past that originally changed this legislation to allow the flag to be used freely. The Court's position has not changed over these 100 years. The best way to honor the flag is to allow our citizens to use it as they see fit. The State does not have a monopoly over patriotism, and it should be left to our citizens, to be able to do as they see fit. Jane Black Acting CoS Leader |
