| WHEREAS - No Likatonian citizen should be above the rule of law - Members of the Senate may engage in illegal activity and remain impervious due to a political party - Future Members of the Senate may be liable for serious misconduct THEREFORE SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE 1. This Act may be referred to as the Revoking Privilege Act of 3953. SECTION 2. PARLIAMENTARY PRIVILEGE 2. Members of the Senate may no longer have immunity to incrimination, regardless of the passage of an Act. SECTION 3. PASSAGE 3. The Ministry of Justice will enact the contents of this legislation immediately after passing the Senate. |
