| Foreign diplomats do not deserve to be exempt from laws that all other visitors must follow. If they are not willing to comply, they should take their diplomacy somewhere else. On the other hand, if they are law abiding, they have nothing to fear in terms of law enforcement. |

Proposed: The government grants no diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are subject to arrest and prosecution and civil action under all laws of the host nation.
