Mr. Speaker, I believe that the normal goods and non-luxury clothing shouldn't have a tax at all as they are of a major importance and as everybody should be able to buy them with their initial price .But ,regarding the luxury goods ,I believe that the tax should be raised to 5% as they are not some basic goods and as the ones buying them shall be some wealthy people which could contribute to the state's economy .And so ,I present to you this reform which promises to help develop the state's economy even with this small raise of the tax with just 4%.
