Bill: NWL007 - Name Changing Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Grand Nationalist Fraction

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3956

Description[?]:

It has been a while since NWL dislikes the name of the city 'Sahadevan's Grave'. Especially since the name is reffering to the struggle between two political parties. We would like to rename that city.
Referring to http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=448373 we suggest to rename the city Westwood Park.

Gaston Lefebvre
deputy chairman NWL

MessageMr. Speaker,

before the name was changed, the city was known as Westwood Park. Should we restore the former name, or should we seek for another one? NWL is willing to restore the former name.

MessageMr Speaker,

We oppose this motion.

The new name has been in place for over 50 years. People have lived and died under this new name.

It is not for us to decide which "historic name" to use, it is up to the people who live there to decide.
