In accordance with the Peerage and Nobilty Regulation Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=455067), Section 3(b) all titles of nobility and honor of all individuals not directly descended within three generations from a ruling monarch of the Great Empire of Mikuni-Hulstria will upon passage of this Declaration be declared life peerages. All such life peerage titles of nobility and honor cannot be passed on to any descendants.

This Declaration is issued by Viceroy and Plenipotentiary of the Imperial House Wilhem Vleck with the concurrence of Chancellor of the Realm Saeki Chihori. Passage of this bill will constitute approval of the Legislature, as required by section 3(b) of Peerage and Nobility Regulation Act.
