| Mr. Speaker, I request time to debate diplomatic relations with Trigunia and to discuss the effects of opening relations between Luthori and Trigunia. I would like to first hear from the Imperial Chancellor about his position on the issue and whether he will make this issue, among foreign policy in general, a centerpiece of his government. | Message | Mr. Speaker, I believe that, in general foreign affairs, we shall try to attract as many countries as we can on our side and so I shall sustain the opening of diplomatic relations with Trigunia and little by little, during the negotiations with it we shall see if it is benefic for us or not to sign a treaty with Triguania. Also, I am would like to hear the opinion of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs as he has more experience in this domain than I do. So, don't hesitate to state your opinion, Mr. Buckley.
