Mr. Speaker, This bill is proposed to conduct to a raise of the state's ravenues by the raise of the companies tax and the luxury goods tax. This surplus of money shall be invested in other projects. For now the greatest matter that the Government is dealing with is the economical one. We want to raise the state's revenues so that we can increse the expenditures in the next budget which will be proposed sonn enough, but for now we are still working on it! I yield!
