| The Alorian Bureau of National Security (ABNS) will be the head Federal Bureau responsible for protecting the Democratic Republic of Aloria from any National Security threats.This Bureau will be allowed to make arrests,charge criminals and investigate as long as it fits with the laws dictated by the federal government.The (ABNS) will follow only laws dictated by the federal government and is given special permisdion to bypass state law. For any special permissions the (ABNS) must report to the minister of Justice,President and Prime Minister for a warrant or special permissions. The Minister of Justice will be in charge of any appointments made to the (ABNS).The (ABNS),must forward all information and documents to the ministery of Justice,who will then report to the Government any findings. Upon voting of this bill the (ABNS) will be recognized as an official Federal Bureau and may begin operating and funding.The Minister of Justice will serve as first Head officer of the (ABNS) |
