The committee shall be in control of the National Guard and will have powers of arrest against enemies of the Republic and fascist sympathizers(They will have trials by jury if found guilty of sympathizing or helping the NSAP). The committee shall be made up of the cabinet plus the leaders of all the anti-fascist parties(IAM, Conservatives, PRO , UGS, AFP, ANC, and the ANP.)
