| Considering within the frame of the intermission protecting our second eastern majatran ally: Under the authority of the Federal Defence Council, this decree hereby calls: 1. To deploy a naval flotilla, to the trans-boundary operations within the frame of the strategic defence of Al'Badara and her Government. 2. To deploy a special operations force to assist in the trans-boundary operations in Al'Badara. 3. Royal Permission to Destroy any target that is seen as a potential threat to Al'Badara and to Trigunian Forces in Majatra. 4. Royal Permission to conduct surprise military drills throughout Trigunia and within the constraints of Trigunia's Interests.
