Bill: State Education Act of August 3959
Details

Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 3960
Description[?]:
This bill intends to allocate the control and funding of education to local governments. This is to give locals the freedom to choose their own education policies and not be hindered by the demands of other states. In hindsight, the states that already have tens of millions of people (being large countries in their own right) should have a right to have an independent educational system. |

Date | 16:53:54, December 29, 2015 CET | From | Labour Party | To | Debating the State Education Act of August 3959 |
Message | Setting discipline standards and the national curriculum has nothing to do with what local governments know what we don't already. Equally, giving people equal opportunities for their education should be left to the national government to ensure equality right across the board. |
