Bill: Justice Reform Act of June 3960

Details

Submitted by[?]: Labour Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 3961

Description[?]:

We believe this Parliament must consider serious reform to how our courts operate to ensure a fairer society for everyone. Illegal aliens should be protected from hatred and violence directed towards them from organisations such as the Confederate Militia - for this reason, we propose illegal aliens that are found in Beluzia should be provided with a comprehensive evaluation and integration plan. Equally, we believe we must reverse some of the reforms the Confederates have managed to push through and give police the powers to arrest crime suspects. Finally, in accordance with recent changes to the death penalty laws, we must change policy to ensure there are no public executions: families involved should be allowed to be present at the execution, however.
