| WHEREAS Governess Anan Aloreen has shown deep loyalty and commitment to the People of the Chann Republic of Kafuristan and to the its Government in the sound, efficient, and stable provision of governance for all its offices and ministires, it is HEREBY DECREED by the High Chancellor Achariya Chann, the High Lord of House Chann, the following: Governess Anan Aloreen shall be granted to title of nobility of High Lady of the House of Aloreen. Her successor shall also obtain the title of High Lady or High Lord of Aloreen. |
