Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, The definition of marriage has been a marital relationship between a man and a woman for hundreds of years. It is embedded into the very root of human nature, and is far more than a religious issue. In addition, married couples in this country should be in accordance with our laws, not the laws of some other, distant country. Lastly, public nudity in its entirety should be banned. It is simply indecent to expose oneself in public. Let us restore our traditional values and rid ourselves of the radical ideas of social liberalism. The Rt Hon. Thomas Buckley MD Leader of the HDU |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We have no idea where this 'thousands and thousands' of years debate is coming from, do we live on some distant planet where that might be the case? No we do not. Marriage has been between two consenting individuals for hundreds of years now, it would be breaking our values of Conservatism and Liberty to go against the current definition of marriage which has stood in Luthori for hundreds of years. We urge other parties to vote against this act. We would have agreed with article 1, but we are strongly against article 2. Theo Bennet Leader of the Conservatives |

Message | Mr. Speaker, If Mr. Buckley is so concerned with decency, perhaps he should cover his face when going out in public? I yield. Rt Hon. Krista Thompson |

Message | Mr Speaker. Our position is that if Article 1 of this bill is passed then it would void any form of forceful marraige that had been sanctioned by more unreasionable laws from forieign countries with a disrigard for womens rights and welfare. We therefore support this bill proposal. Emmanuel DeVatoy Leader of Soverign People`s Party. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, In the light of compromise and negotiation, I have removed the most controversial aspect of this bill, Article 2, and ask for the members of the Diet to reconsider their overall view on this bill. Article 1 is a sensible provision to ensure people in this country follow the laws of this country. The Rt Hon. Thomas Buckley MD Leader of the HDU |

Message | Mr Speaker. We would support this bill if we could be sure that safeguards to protect the health and welfare of women were put into place. At this time we feel that Article 2 of this bill does not do enough to protect women who may be in a situation of being compelled to marry against their will. Emmanuel DeVatoy Leader of the Soverign People's Party. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
