Bill: Partial Diplomatic Immunity Act of May 3962
Details
Submitted by[?]: Labour Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 3963
Description[?]:
We believe that diplomats from other nations should be given the opportunity to be expelled from the nation and face justice in their native country if he or she commits a criminal act. However, diplomats could still face civil lawsuits in Beluzia. For the sake of good relations with other nations, and to ensure we have a fairer justice system, foreign diplomats must be given the chance to be expelled from the country instead of facing the courts here. |
