MessageMy Speakers,

My party supports articles 2, 4, and 5 as they somewhat privatize several industries, the mail, train, and power industries. But we find that the rest of the articles either put upon an industry a public option or even go to the stage where an industry is nationalized. We believe that the free market is best at lowering prices and increasing quality and that's why our party opposes articles 1 and 3. We say for you to create another bill with articles 2, 4, and 5 to obtain some support from us.

MessageMy Speakers,

Our party understands why you, the KRP, opposes this. Because you probably want all of these services completely privatized. But articles 2, 4, and 5 are still a step in the right direction as they somewhat privatize services from government control, which is why our party said that the PKPD should make a bill for those three articles.

Message"Only Article 4 is a step in the right direction, though merely a small one. Articles 2 and 5 reintroduce government-run companies into these markets, which we as a party are opposed to, especially as Article 2 is a legislative change that we introduced."

MessageMy Speakers,

We have definitely read articles 2 and 5 incorrectly. We will cut our support for them immediately.

MessageColleagues and Gentlemen,

The changes here presented are not intended to infringe upon the health and well-being of the Zardic markets or their private business entities. Contrarily, they are meant to guarantee access to vital services with regards to the common person and the impoverished. Should these measures be implemented, every Zard will be able to secure long-distance transportation, and the economic mobility such offers, in addition to security in the way of their property. We beg you to consider this motion in this light.

MessageMy Speaker,

The free market will lower prices and increase quality. We don't need public options as they do no good. There is no competition between them, stifling some competition in that market, and it will cost the government of Zardugal billions. While we believe that article 4 is a step in the right direction we'll still vote against this bill as we oppose most of the articles proposed.

Message"Beyond interference in free markets, there are still many reasons to be concerned by articles one and five. Both allow for electoral concerns to interfere with infrastructural projects and delivery of services to consumers. For example, in the run up to an election, the ruling party could use its control over the national TOC to run extra services in swing seats, thus hoping to change voters minds. Alternatively, they could also be used to punish areas who did not vote for the ruling party by the restriction of services to local airports and the cutting of services by the TOC."
